Primer
Design:
SeqWright's
primer design service is excellent for designing primers
to sequence through difficult templates, including GC-rich
regions and secondary structures, and is included in our
Primer Walking Service and Shotgun Sequencing Service.
We have extensive experience in designing oligos for a
variety of other applications as well such as PCR amplification,
gene recovery, and gene synthesis. Of course, customers
always have the option of designing there own primers,
but it is recommended that customers use SeqWright's services
in order to ensure the best possible results.
Note:
We recommend that customers designing primers for DNA
sequencing choose a site no less than 50bp away from the
region of interest in order to ensure the most accuracy
in sequencing the 5' end of the target sequence.
