Genome
Sequencing Services:
SeqWright's
genome sequencing packages can accommodate projects requiring
coverage of 1x - 8x (63 - 99% coverage as determined by
Lander and Waterman sequence sampling algorithm) up to
full-length gap closure. For publication-quality data,
full-length shotgun sequencing is the best choice, guaranteeing
full-length double-stranded sequence with an accuracy
of 99.99%.
