offers bioinformatics services for high-volume analysis,
manipulation, storage and transit of sequence data.
We host an combination of commercial and proprietary
informatics software packages including, Phred/Phrap/Consed
and Sequencher. Our database is updated from GenBank
weekly, so BLAST searches do not expose sensitive
client data to the public domain. SeqWright’s
bioinformatics staff can perform any of the following
