Quantitative
PCR:

SeqWright's newest platform, the ABI PRISM® 7000
Sequence Detection System. This is a real-time, quantitative
PCR system with applicaions that include gene expression
and pathogen detection. Also, post-PCR detection is
available for non-quantitative assays such as allelic
discrimination (SNP detection) and plus/minus assays
utilizing an internal positive control (IPC).
